Excel to PowerPoint
Turn a spreadsheet into slides with charts, in one step.
How it works
Your file is opened in an isolated sandbox with no internet access, processed, and the sandbox is destroyed. Nothing is stored, and no account is needed.
It uses the same reader as the full product, which is built for the spreadsheets people actually have: headers that are not on row 1, merged cells, totals rows pasted at the bottom, dates in two formats, and numbers stored as text. Everything it changes is listed back to you.
Common questions
What do the slides actually contain?
A title slide, one slide per chart with the figures underneath it, and the underlying numbers in the speaker notes so you can answer where a figure came from without leaving presentation mode.
Can I edit the deck afterwards?
Yes. It is a normal .pptx file — real text boxes and real images, not a picture of a slide, so everything is editable in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Does it pick the right chart type?
It picks by the shape of the data: categories become bars, dates become a trend line, and parts of a whole become a share breakdown. You can change any of them afterwards.
Can it write the slide titles as findings rather than labels?
That needs the full product, which reads the data first. This tool converts what is in the file; ask a question in the app and the deck is built around the answer.
