DataMimi reads the spreadsheets small businesses actually export — from QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, ad platforms and banks — answers questions about them in plain English, builds dashboards from them, and shows under every number which sheet, columns and rows it came from.
Why it exists
Most business data lives in exports: a CSV from the store, a report from the accounting system, a statement from the bank. They arrive with titles above the header, merged cells, subtotal rows and numbers stored as text, and turning them into an answer usually means an evening of cleanup before the first pivot table. General AI chat tools will answer quickly, but they rarely say which rows a number came from, so the answer cannot be checked before it goes to a manager or an accountant.
DataMimi was built for that gap: an analyst that handles the file you actually have, and shows its work.

How your data is handled
- Files are stored privately on Cloudflare, never at a public address, and deleted after 30 days.
- Every analysis runs in an isolated container with no internet access, destroyed when the run ends.
- We never use your data to train any model, and we never sell it.
- Within a team workspace, files and conversations are private to the person who made them until they choose to share them.
