What a credit is
A credit is roughly one cent of the AI and computing time an analysis uses. Bigger questions on bigger files cost more, and you are told the estimate before anything expensive runs. Nothing is charged for an analysis that fails.

Three speeds, on every plan that includes them
You pick how much work a question is worth. The same skills and checks are behind all three — what changes is how hard the system tries before it answers.
Answers in seconds. For a question you already know the shape of — a total, a count, a filter on a file you understand.
The everyday setting. Groups, compares, ranks and charts, and checks its own arithmetic before answering. Most questions belong here.
Plans the analysis before writing any code, and retries further when a result looks wrong. For multi-sheet workbooks, forecasts, and anything where the first approach is likely to be the wrong one.
Reads a whole set of documents — up to ten — one at a time, builds one picture from them, and reports where they disagree. For checking an estimate against the drawings and the specification, not for answering a question about one file.

Can I try it without paying?
Yes, and without an account — ask a question about your own file first. With a free account you get a monthly credit allowance and every feature.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Analysis stops until your next period, or until you add a pack. You are never charged automatically.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. See the refund policy.
Who am I buying from?
Paddle, who act as merchant of record and handle VAT and sales tax. Your statement will show Paddle.
How is tax handled?
Paddle works it out from where you are, the way your country expects it: in the United States tax is added at checkout, while across Europe it is already included in the price you see. Either way the total is shown before you pay, and we never keep any of it — Paddle collects it and pays your tax authority. Buying for a business with a VAT number? Enter it at checkout and the tax comes off.

How long are my files kept?
30 days, then deleted automatically. You can delete them sooner.
