What a credit is
A credit is roughly one cent of the AI and computing time an analysis uses. Bigger questions on bigger files cost more, and you are told the estimate before anything expensive runs. Nothing is charged for an analysis that fails.

Who am I buying from?
Paddle, who act as merchant of record and handle VAT and sales tax. Your statement will show Paddle.
Is my data used to train AI?

How long are my files kept?
30 days, then deleted automatically. You can delete them sooner.
