Wise Payment Report Analyzer
Wise exports transaction history as a CSV with columns for exchange rates, transfer fees, and multi-currency balances. This analyzer reconciles those payments against invoices, calculates true costs across currencies, and flags incomplete transfers.
Upload your Wise CSV and see fee totals, matched invoices, and exchange rate markups in one reconciliation report.
How it handles Wise batch payments
Wise batch payment CSVs list each recipient as a separate row under one TransferWise ID. The analyzer groups those rows so you see the total batch cost and per-recipient breakdown without manually summing. It preserves individual payment references so you can still reconcile each recipient against your invoices.
Tax reporting from Wise exports
For tax filing, you need payments grouped by calendar or fiscal period with fees separated from transfer amounts. The analyzer splits the Total fees column out and sums it by month or quarter. It also flags cross-year transfers where the debit and credit fall in different tax periods.

Common questions
What does the Wise payment report analyzer cost?
You can try it free without an account, and the free plan includes credits every month. Paid plans add more credits and seats; every feature is on every plan. See the pricing page for current prices.
Can it match Wise payments to my invoices automatically?
Yes. Upload your invoice list alongside the Wise CSV and the analyzer matches on payment reference, amount, date range, and recipient name. It flags unmatched payments for manual review.
Does it calculate the real exchange rate markup Wise charged?
Yes. It compares the exchange rate in each transaction to the mid-market rate on that date and shows the markup as a percentage and a currency amount per transfer.
What if my Wise export has multiple currencies?
The analyzer separates each currency automatically and converts everything to your base currency for totals. You can view reports in any single currency or see the multi-currency breakdown.
Can I filter out pending or failed Wise transfers?
Yes. It reads the Status column and lets you include only completed transfers, or view pending and failed ones separately to track what is still in flight.
Try it with your own file
DataMimi reads the file you actually have — merged cells, headers below row one, totals pasted at the bottom — and shows which rows and columns every number came from.
