Amazon Shipped Sales by SKU and Pending Orders by State

You get your top 15 shipped SKUs ranked by revenue with orders, units and an all-SKU total, a revenue bar chart, a table of pending orders by ship state, and a count of rows by order status.

A real result, on the sample file
Rows whose order-status starts with 'Shipped' (trimmed, case-insensitive) count as shipped, and those starting with 'Pending' as pending. Shipped rows are grouped by SKU (orders = distinct order ids, units = sum of quantity, revenue = sum of item-price, which is already the line total); the top 15 by revenue are shown plus a total over all shipped SKUs. Pending rows are grouped by cleaned ship-state (trimmed, upper-cased, blanks as 'Unknown'). Amounts are in USD, rounded to 2 decimals.

How to use it
- 1In Amazon Seller Central, go to Reports > Fulfillment > All Orders and download the report for the period you want.
- 2Check that the file includes the order-status, sku, quantity, item-price and ship-state columns, and that it uses a single currency.
- 3Set how many top SKUs to list. The bottom row always shows the total for all shipped SKUs.
- 4Read the first table and the chart to see which products earn the most. Use the pending table to see which states have orders waiting to ship.
Common questions
Which Amazon report do I need and in what format?
Use the All Orders report from Seller Central under Reports > Fulfillment > All Orders, downloaded as a CSV for the period you want. It must include amazon-order-id, order-status, product-name, sku, quantity, currency, item-price and ship-state.
What if a column in my file is named differently?
The tool looks for the standard Amazon column names, such as item-price and ship-state. If your file uses different headers, rename them to match before uploading. Also make sure the file uses a single currency, because revenue is totaled as one number.
Is my order data kept private?
Your file is used only to build your tables and chart for this run. It is not shared or used for anything else.
